Provide technical expertise (SME) for assigned equipment and machine control systems. Participate in and lead equipment troubleshooting and problem solving. Complete independent analysis and develop solutions to problems. Identify and evaluate opportunities for process equipment, machine control, network/server improvements and cost savings. As the key liaison with UL and accreditation agencies, you will ensure compliance with NEC standards and other regulatory requirements. You will also work closely with customers and our production team to create cost-effective solutions, staying at the forefront of industry trends and technologies.

This candidate will oversee packaging projects and troubleshooting packing and shipping issues. Leads packaging initiatives for new products and is the main point of contact with packaging material suppliers. Must be committed to being the subject matter expert for all Packaging Engineering tasks. Engages in continued learning of the fundamentals of Packaging Technology and Manufacturing Engineering.

Oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely. Implement and enforce best practices in chemical safety, material handling, and regulatory compliance.

You will overseechemical handling and packaging operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing inventory management. You will be leading a team of 40-staff members.

Interpret customer specifications for materials, finishes, coatings, heat treatments, part marking, GD&T, and other critical quality requirements. Develop 3D models, 2D operational sheets, and technical instructions for manufacturing components.

The ideal candidate will bring a focus on achieving measurable growth and expanding our presence in the alternative energy markets, including aeroderivative, BESS, and solar.

You will oversee the daily operations of the site, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and meet stringent quality standards. Key focus areas will include the achievement of targeted operational metrics, such as delivery punctuality and cost-effectiveness, to support the company's strategic goals.
