My client is actively growing their Field Service team and are seeking candidates with strong Electrical and Mechanical skill-sets. You will be supporting their customers Nationwide with installation and maintenance of their industry leading capital equipment. The role will be split between being on-site in Seymour, CT and travelling to their customer sites.

The Quality Engineer (Plastics) will be responsible for interfacing with customers to address product quality concerns, leading root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, conducting quality audits, and ensuring compliance with ISO quality management systems. It requires expertise in plastic injection molding, metrology, process validation, statistical analysis, and quality assurance methodologies in Naugatuck, CT.

The Controls Engineer III will provide technical leadership for the evaluation and implementation of automation and controls improvements to enhance the efficiency, quality, compliance, and safety of manufacturing operations. Evaluate existing process controls and suggest and evaluate controls improvements.

The Quality Engineer develops and maintains quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or related experience and at least 2 years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing.
