On site Superintendent for a leading General Contractor in Indianapolis with a pipeline of projects for the next 2 years. We are experiencing a ton of growth and looking to bring on an experienced and professional Superintendent.

Oversee all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, and quality control.

Provide guidance, leadership and direct supervision of site staff.

The Assistant Project Manager, will be in charge of planning and coordinating technical engineering initiatives to make sure they can complete a project within their budget and according to a schedule. Their duties include upholding project standards by researching compliance regulations, developing project implementation plans and adjusting specifications for elements of a project.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the building process, working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans, & communicating with Superintendents to ensure quality, budget, & time frame meet the clients standards.

Perform basic estimating duties such as data input, preparing RFI's, and reviewing plans and requirements for construction. Responsible for all documentation for the project, and review, set, and manage budget throughout the project.

Provide leadership by using effective verbal and written communication to manage the owner/client, architect and consultants, as well as, the project team in all phases of the work.

Understand and implement general conditions and requirements of the contracts associated with each project while monitoring the contract documents for conformance and execution.

Execute primary project vetting, including assessment of zoning laws, building standards, title documentation, and potential liabilities. Procure all mandated permits and clearances as per the project's predetermined schedule.

Carry out foundational project research, focusing on zoning restrictions, regulatory compliance, title verification, and risk identification. Facilitate the acquisition of essential permits and approvals in synchronization with the project's chronological framework.

Conduct preliminary project evaluations encompassing zoning regulations, building codes, property title examinations, and risk analysis. Obtain required permits and authorizations in alignment with established project timelines.

Strong experience overseeing projects autonomously. Must have strong communication skills and will be responsible for communication across the entire project.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multi-million dollar construction projects. Typical projects include k-12 projects around the Chicgaoland area.
