  • The professionals we would recruit in the Regulatory Program Management team would be brought into the business as consultants, with a pathway to permanent positions. The team’s objective would be to focus on regulatory initiatives in response to changes in the market and to ensure the organization complies with the latest regulations within the banking industry.
  • To build this team, our client needed senior-level consultants with banking backgrounds and experience with similar projects on their resumes. With the requirement to bring on twenty individuals within the year, the client needed to see a high volume of candidates, but they all needed to be top tier professionals – a challenging task in a candidate-short market.
