Manufacturing business on Boston's North Shore seeks Director of HR to spearhead their existing HR team.
Exciting Human Resources leadership role at a growing, value-based, confidential manufacturer on-site in Charleston, West Virginia. This position will be responsible for streamlining HR functions including employee relations, succession planning, safety & compliance, and organizational design.
Opportunity to work fully on-site at a family-owned manufacturing company outside of Houston, Texas. Primary duties will include general Human Resource (i.e. recruitment, employee relations, compensation) in addition to safety management and ensuring up-to date compliance and trainings. Leadership will be a large part of the role to maintain strong company culture, HR administration, and overall safety.
