We are seeking an experienced and strategic Plant Director to lead and oversee the production operations within our food manufacturing facilities. This role will drive operational excellence, maintain high standards of quality, and ensure efficient, cost-effective manufacturing processes that align with our company's goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing 7 internal direct reports (Customer Service and Inside Sales Managers) to help maximize existing customers for the company. Additionally, you will be aligning and engaging the business management team to implement and maximize planned sales volume and gross profit contribution potential.

Establish and maintain the company Safe Quality Foods standards for incoming material inputs, operational processing, and outgoing products. This role coordinates the Quality, Sanitation, and Compliance functions of the company to achieve overall company goals and initiatives. Directly supporting the Director of FP&A, with visibility to the CFO, they're looking to bring on Regional Financial Controller to solely own the financials of the Midwest Region. This position will own the P&L for roughly 8 branches within the organization having full responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. The position will require monthly travel within the Midwest Region, and Oracle/Hyperion/Essbase Systems experience is required for this position.
