Our client is a GC who's portfolio consists of more than a billion in completed construction projects with a STRONG focus on the Multifamily sector. They have been in business for over 75 years and continue to project enormous growth in 2024 and into 2025. They are specifically looking for an Assistant Superintendent to develop in to a lead Superintendent role over the next couple years while they continue to expand.

The role of the Assistant Superintendent is to help oversee, coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities, including safety, logistics, schedule, day to day trade activities, document management, meetings, compliance, completion and turnover. As well the Superintendent shall assist the Project Manager in the construction activities.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction of multiple education, and municipal projects throughout the Minneapolis area. They will be working on the project from start to finish. They are responsible for overseeing project managers, superintendents, and working closely with the developers.
