We are seeking a Traveling Superintendent with expertise in ground-up grocery store construction to lead and manage all onsite activities for commercial projects. This reputable employer has headquarters in Dallas, and the role involves overseeing safety, logistics, scheduling, trade coordination, compliance, documentation, meetings, and project turnover while supporting the Project Manager to ensure successful construction execution.

As the Base Building Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from project initiation to completion. Your role will involve managing and coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Projects are within the the 20M-60M dollar range and consist of multifamily, academic, design build, and heavy renovation projects
