The Lead Superintendent will manage ground-up commercial construction projects. This role will primarily oversee large-scale projects within 1 hour of Worcester, including a manufacturing facility and multifamily construction. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in site work and a working knowledge of various trades. This position reports directly to the General Superintendent.

The Superintendent will play a key role in the successful execution of civil and wastewater treatment plant projects across various locations. You will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This is a hands-on position requiring a strong background in managing civil construction projects, particularly wastewater treatment plants.
