The Superintendent will execute healthcare construction projects by organizing, planning, and overseeing project tasks. The Superintendent will complete quality inspections and supervise all project members, including staff and sub-contractors.

The Commercial Construction Project Engineer, will be in charge of planning and coordinating technical engineering initiatives to make sure they can complete a project within their budget and according to a schedule. Their duties include upholding project standards by researching compliance regulations, developing project implementation plans and adjusting specifications for elements of a project.

• Work hand in hand with a Project Manager to take projects from start to finish. Review invoices, pay applications and change orders to assure pricing accurate, fair and comprehensive.

Create and execute project preplanning activities with subcontractors. Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods. Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules
