The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the building process, working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans, & communicating with Superintendents to ensure quality, budget, & time frame meet the clients standards.

Communicate daily with owners, tenant reps, construction managers, superintendents and project coordinators. Manage multiple projects as primary liaison with client.
The Assistant Project Manager, will be in charge of planning and coordinating technical engineering initiatives to make sure they can complete a project within their budget and according to a schedule. Their duties include upholding project standards by researching compliance regulations, developing project implementation plans and adjusting specifications for elements of a project.
Interact with clients with a business development mindset. Ensures efficient coordination of project requirements. Leads the team in cooperative and synergistic efforts with other disciplines on projects.
