The Sr Project Manager is responsible for:

• Client facing from beginning, middle, end on projects
• Helping clients find architects, getting into a lot of design build work

Leverage a strong technical background in preclinical research, with a focus on immuno-oncology, oncology, degenerative disorders, or related areas to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

• Responsible for general supporting contract, subcontract documents, drawings and specifications under direction from the Superintendent.
• Check and verify subcontractor layout to ensure compliance with established control, line and grade.

Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring projects run smoothly, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
