This executive-level role will be responsible for guiding engineering strategy and execution across product design, advanced development, and continuous improvement efforts. As instrumental members of our Client's Manufacturing Team, the Manufacturing Engineers are expected to work collaboratively with leadership, operations, employees, and other functional areas, to promote a productive and amicable work environment. The position will also involve mentoring other engineers and occasionally summer interns.

A leading company in the sporting goods industry is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to oversee a global engineering function. This high-level leadership role will involve managing multiple engineering teams across different sites, ensuring the seamless integration of new product development and continuous improvement efforts. Position would require travel across the client's sites.

Maintain and develop a lively Environmental, Health and Safety training program across all facilities which ensure all safety procedures and processes are followed.
