The Chief Financial Officer's main function is to develop and maintain a strategic financial plan for the organization and ensure that all financial decisions align with the company's strategic plan. They also manage financial risks, analyze performance, and provide leadership in key decision-making processes.

The Senior Development/ Acquisitions Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and modeling multifamily development and acquisition opportunities. This will include evaluating market data, underwriting and presenting information.

They ensure quality control by monitoring the mixing, pouring, and curing processes while addressing challenges like delays or material shortages. The role involves maintaining safety, ensuring compliance with regulations, and communicating with stakeholders to keep the project on track and within budget

Responsible for managing on-site operations for a tilt-wall construction project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. This role includes overseeing subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout the project.

Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You'll coordinate between various teams, manage resources, and communicate with clients to achieve project goals and maintain high-quality standards.

Help to oversee multifamily residential developments, coordinating schedules, managing subcontractors, tracking budgets, and resolving on-site issues to ensure timely, high-quality project completion.
