Finance Director jobs in Accounting

Our client is a $30M-$40M Automotive Manufacturer who has quickly ascended to the top of their industry. They're currently looking to bring on an Accounting Manager to own their Accounting function in their HQ near the Vernon Hills, IL area. This role will be tasked with the Month/Year-End Close, Inventory Management, Cost Accounting, External/Internal Audits, and FP&A. The Accounting Manager will oversee a team of 4, and will report into the Controller and CFO.

I am currently partnered with a RAPIDLY growing, niche automotive manufacturer in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago as they look to bring on a Accounting Manager to join their organization.

Reporting directly into the CFO, the Accounting Manager will oversee daily financial operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow oversight. They will lead a team, ensure timely financial reporting, manage tax obligations, and support audits. Partnering with leadership, they will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis while identifying process improvements. This role requires a hands-on, proactive leader with strong accounting expertise in a manufacturing environment.
