You will oversee the planning, coordination, and budgeting of construction projects where they specialize in a multitude of verticals such as commercial, healthcare, education, restaurant/retail, and light industrial spaces. You are to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. You will evaluate project specifications, conduct cost analyses, and collaborate with stakeholders to create accurate estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses.

The Preconstruction Manager works directly with the Owner, the Design Team, in-house Preconstruction and Operations departments, and subcontractor and supplier community to facilitate the design, pricing, and execution of construction work for a variety of building types.
