Due to their significant growth, our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Assistant Project Manager (Solar Projects) to work on the construction of utility scale solar projects across the U.S.
We are looking for a Retail Superintendent to oversee, coordinate, and manage all onsite construction activities, including safety, logistics, schedule, day-to-day trade activities, document management, meetings, compliance, completion, and turnover. As well the Superintendent shall assist the Project Manager in the construction activities.
Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
The role of the Project Manager is to provide leadership & management for the entire life-cycle of an assigned construction project to include: Pre-development input on design, cost and schedule; oversight and evaluation of on-site personnel; coordination of Subcontractors; ensure work proceeds as specified, on budget and on schedule; all project documentation is properly completed; and the project is successfully closed out and delivered to Owner
The Superintendent will create and execute pre-planning activities with subcontractors. Coordinate with suppliers, inspectors, subcontractors and architects to resolve any issues with methods or materials, and inspect in-progress work to ensure workmanship adheres with construction schedules and specifications.
The qualified individual will plan, direct and coordinate activities related to the construction and maintenance of education structures, facilities and systems. This individual will also participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and lead its organization, design, estimate, implementation, schedule and budget from conception to close while developing and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
