You will work closely with the team to ensure that bids are competitive while maintaining profitability. • The Project Superintendent will provide supervision for the complete daily operation of the project. The Superintendent is responsible for interfacing with owners, architects, the city and subcontractors from the beginning phases of construction through turnover and closeout.The Superintendent's main focus is to manage the schedule, quality and safety in order to keep the project moving forward quickly and efficiently.

The Assistant Project Manager, will be in charge of planning and coordinating technical engineering initiatives to make sure they can complete a project within their budget and according to a schedule. Their duties include upholding project standards by researching compliance regulations, developing project implementation plans and adjusting specifications for elements of a project.
