The qualified individual will plan, direct and coordinate activities related to the construction and maintenance of higher education structures, facilities and systems. • Ability to create a Master Project Schedule with comprehension of required construction activities and logic sequencing.
• Perform daily inspection of units and prepare, maintain and distribute the three-week schedule for Owner/subcontractors and suppliers.

After learning the ropes of the company and working on a project with the Project Manager, the Assisstant Project Manager will be able to be promoted from within and run his own projects.
