Our client - a well known food & beverage business - are looking for an AR Specialist to join the team. This is a newly created role due to company growth, and will be based on site 5 days a week. Ideally they are looking for candidates with prior experience working in a food & beverage business.

Reporting to the controller this person is going to be responsible of the AP/AR and assist with Financial statements.

My client is a privately held manufacturer looking for an Assistant Controller to over see all Accounting processes within their custom manufacturing business. This individual will help direct the Accounting team through completion of month end close and focus on the costing of custom product production. You will partner directly with the Controller and CFO of the company that will support you in pursuing strategic process improvements as you see fit!

The Senior Pricing Analyst will play a critical role in developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share. This role involves analyzing market trends, cost structures, and competitive positioning to recommend pricing actions that align with the company's financial and strategic objectives.

Reporting into the Controller with daily communication to the CFO, you will have full ownership of the Accounting & Finance function, while leading and mentoring a team of 5+ individuals. I'm partnered with the CFO at a global, $200M family-owned manufacturer near Bedford Park, IL (4 days onsite, 1 day remote). This client designs and manufactures custom made products for well-known customers. They are now looking to identify an Assistant Controller to join the team as the previous individual has been with the organization for 20+ years and is now looking to retire.

Reporting into the Controller with daily communication to the CFO, you will have ownership of the accounting function, while managing a Staff Accountant (who we placed!). As the Assistant Controller, you will also drive key process improvements to create efficiencies within the organization involving month-end, costing, system implementations, and more.

As the Controller, you will oversee all financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. You will play a critical role in developing financial strategies, managing the accounting team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

My client is an industry leader within the Custom Manufacturing & Construction space with a specialization in commercial HVAC systems. Directly supporting the Director of FP&A, with visibility to the CFO, they're looking to bring on Regional Financial Controller to solely own the financials of the Midwest Region. This position will own the P&L for roughly 8 branches within the organization having full responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. The position will require monthly travel within the Midwest Region, and Oracle/Hyperion/Essbase Systems experience is required for this position.
