Lead Superintendent - Large Commercial - Nashville

• Direct supervision of all construction activities on the project site
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Provide training and guidance to junior construction staff
• Lead project meetings, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues or delays
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to plan and execute projects effectively
• Manage budget and resources for construction projects
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any potential issues that could affect the progress of the project
