Credit and Structured Finance
The Credit and Structured Finance team works with all aspects of front office debt transactions within banks and financial institutions. This covers credit analysts and relationship managers, for commercial banks, through to the more complex areas of origination, execution and distribution of structured lending. These include leverage, project, syndicated or tax effective finance, and securitization. This could be the first job move following completion of an initial training period in banking, through to Director and Managing Director level appointments.
