The project manager will be responsible for all activities related to the construction projects including: procurement, submittals, creating and maintaining scheduling to ensure an on-time completion, and to work within the budget parameters. The Assistant Project Manager, will be in charge of planning and coordinating technical engineering initiatives to make sure they can complete a project within their budget and according to a schedule. Their duties include upholding project standards by researching compliance regulations, developing project implementation plans and adjusting specifications for elements of a project.
Perform basic estimating duties such as data input, preparing RFI's, and reviewing plans and requirements for construction. Responsible for all documentation for the project, and review, set, and manage budget throughout the project.
