The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the building process, working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans, & communicating with Superintendents to ensure quality, budget, & time frame meet the clients standards.

• Employ Project Management Systems to manage and control the project documentation and cost controls. Supervise and monitor the preparation and reporting of RFI logs, submittal logs, testing and inspection reports, safety inspections and reports, change order logs and other related reports.

Strong experience overseeing projects autonomously. Must have strong communication skills and will be responsible for communication across the entire project.

Responsible for planning, scheduling, or coordinating construction project activities to meet deadlines. Ensures efficient coordination of project requirements. Provide leadership by using effective verbal and written communication to manage the owner/client, architect and consultants, as well as, the project team in all phases of the work.

• Communicate daily with owners, tenant reps, construction managers, superintendents and project coordinators. Review original estimates and analyze total proposal packages, proactive pre-job planning including: design development, conceptual estimating, scheduling, bidding, buyout, contracts, project team communications and team building.

Responsible for scheduling projects in logical steps and budgeting time required to meet deadlines. Build and maintain relationships critical to the success of the overall project and company.

Perform basic estimating duties such as data input, preparing RFI's, and reviewing plans and requirements for construction. Responsible for all documentation for the project, and review, set, and manage budget throughout the project.

Assist the Project Manager with change orders, subcontractor scheduling and invoicing, reviewing monthly job costs. Assist the Superintendent with RFI reports, QA/QC documentation, and construction field operations.
