Our client is a fast growing European Cosmetic company.

Job description
Reporting to the CEO, your primary objective is to manage and develop our ecommerce business and online brand image.
You responsabilities are:
• Transition of current site design and functionality to Group site
• Develop the new functionality (outsource and manage developer)
• Daily management, maintenance and administration of website and all it's online/social/mobile entities
• Ensure a competitive and technological intelligence
• Optimize site SEO/SEM
• Web marketing, including email, social media, campaigns and promotions, affiliate marketing, and other advertising channels.

Who we are looking for
• IT/Marketing background or 5 yr similar experience in cosmetic industry with strong knowledge of Internet technologies and emerging media including social, mobile, etc
• Experience with online marketing tools such as ad serving platforms, PPC/CPC tools, analytics tools, etc.
• Experience planning, implementing and managing the day to day requirements of the SEO/SEM channels, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing and other online advertising channels
• Ability to work in HTML/PHP and strong grasp of the uses and limitations of other technologies including JavaScript, CSS, DHTM,/XHTML, Flash, Ajax, MySQL, etc. Understanding of Miva merchant a plus
• Knowledge of the ecommerce business model (i.e. Fulfillment/Shipping needs, Customer Service, User Experience, promotions planning, etc.)
• Graphics/Design abilities (including experience with Photoshop) is highly preferred
