Job description
Responsiblities include:

•  Working with marketing team to identifying business requirements and translating marketing needs into moderately complex database related analyses and projects.
•  The Database Analyst ensures adherence to compliance regulations and policies.
•  Responsibilities include data mining, process design and documentation, new product support, customer segmentation, requests to identify campaign attributes, lead/list generation, identifying data sources and responding to requests from partners for specific customer reports and analyses.
•  The Database Analyst will effectively and efficiently code data pulls to adhere to department standards and procedures.
•  Our environment leans heavily on SAS, SQL.
•  The Database Analyst expectations for this position are a to develop a solid data understanding from a variety of sources used for lead/analysis selection with the ability to integrate technical knowledge with business knowledge in a fast paced, often changing environment.

Who we are looking for
•  Marketing experience and/or interest Technical Experience: SQL, Base SAS, SAS, Macro Oracle, DB2, Database marketing experience, direct marketing campaign execution experience.

•  The Database Analyst will have solid database skills used for database marketing are critical to this role.
•  3+ years in a systems operations and / or development role, using SAS. & SQL
•  Prior coding and development experience a must.
•  An ideal candidate has an affinity for systems, a breadth of practical technolog experience, strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
•  Solid understanding of coding and logical thinking with regard to relational databases.
