Job description
Identify market opportunities (through individual marketing efforts as well as corporate-driven programs), initiate sales processes, close sales, contribute information to the Company's overall market strategy.
Identify key accounts and decision makers, develop relationships leading to new business each month.
Rapidly identify target customers followed by a well-defined follow through plan to aggressively close business monthly.
Continually reassess target markets and existing customer base to ensure no revenue opportunities are missed.
Proactively support the Company's analysis team in both delivering a quality service to clients and in building up their capabilities and skills from a functional and sector-based point of view; and
Work with others on the sales team collaboratively, supporting each other, building the business together.
Represent the Company at trade shows, events and with industry associations.
Who we are looking for
6-10 years of demonstrated sucess in a sales/new business development role;
Professional Services or Agency sales experience is a MUST;
Demonstrated understanding of key issues within the service sector, how work is done, the language used within the space, etc.;
Experience in dealing with senior level executives;
Must be versed/experienced in making a 'consultative sale' i.e. understanding the client issue and then tailoring a solution (in conjunction with delivery team) for that client;
Must be organized, structured, self starter - a doer and finisher;
What's on offer
$80k - $100k base salary + sales commission + 20% bonus potential
