This is an opportunity to join the Executive Search division of Michael Page. Working with CEOs, COO's, CFO's, Managing Directors, Vice Presidents and General Managers, you will focus on the delivery of a high level of service and client management to help our clients & candidates fulfill their employment and career needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Forge long-term relationships, resulting in repeat business and client/candidate loyalty
• Manage business development efforts to top clients and candidates
• Interview key executives for appointments in top organizations
• Present suitable candidates to clients and drive best practices to insure effective sourcing
• Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client, candidate or assignment
• Manage the hiring process through interview to offer-stage and beyond

Who we are looking for
• The ideal candidate for this role will have 4-8 years of previous experience in the Executive Recruitment industry - this experience can come from either a boutique Executive search firm or the Executive Search division or a larger recruitment firm.
• A proven track record of hard work, imagination, innovation, tenacity and confidence
• The ability to managing multiple projects and work in a pressure environment
• The skill to adapt to your audience, form connections and manage ongoing relationships
