You will be responsible for enhancing quality systems and metrics in collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service. As Operations Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Plant Manager of the site, and will be responsible for the Steel Value Stream side of the facility, which produces 1.3 million unites per week in a highly automated manufacturing space. You will oversee 4 Supervisors across 3 shifts and 100 indirect reports.
The Director of Operations will manage multiple manufacturing facilities and oversee departments like: Engineering, Production, EHS, Maintenance, and more. This individual will also sit on the executive board of the company, being a key member of strategic decisions.

The EMM will collaborate closely with internal partners and third party sites to ensure that new products, tech transfers and ongoing production is produced on time and compliant.
